The Zorya Restaurant is set within London's fashionable Camden Town. Sleekly decorated in creams and reds with high-backed, leather chairs, the restaurant is modern and sophisticated without being pretentious. The food is inspired by Russian, Polish, Latvian and Hungarian cooking and includes delights such as hunter's stew, cabbage leaves stuffed with minced pork and rice and a Russian salad with smoked salmon. There is also a staggering vodka list, some of which are used as the foundations for some of Zorya's delicious - and potent - cocktails.
