Situated close to Cork city centre and featured in both the Campbell and Michelin Guides 2009, Watermarq is a chic restaurant where the buzzy open kitchen serves a fusion of modern Irish and international cuisine. Set within the four-star Silver Springs Moran Hotel, the kitchen of Watermarq is led by Executive Head Chef Ciaran Brosnan, whose experience spans some 20 years. He uses fresh local produce to create modern Irish cuisine and his menu features dishes such as pan-fried venison medallions on colcannon mash and chicken roulade stuffed with smoked salmon and spinach leaves.
