The premises are a stone building dating back to 1875, which used to be a pharmacy and are now a restaurant serving Swedish organic gourmet food. Wasa Allé’s concept is reflected in the seasonal menus, locally produced ingredients from small-scale suppliers, fish and seafood from sustainable stocks and a unique wine list with organic and biodynamic wines. If you like surprises, the restaurant’s speciality, “Stolen” (“the chair”), could be something for you.
