Not least thanks to the glass conservatory with seating for between 30 and 200 guests, which commands a fantastic view over the Djurgårdsbrunn Bay. Villa Godthem's menu features classic Swedish dishes such as: grilled halibut with morel, green asparagus and chive sauce; long flounder meunière; “plank steak” with béarnaise sauce served on a wooden platter; sirloin of veal with truffle sauce and finely sliced vegetables with a potato and duck confit timbal. ...weniger bearbeiten
