The restaurant, inspired by the bistros of New York and Paris, is open from 7am until midnight, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, whilst offering spectacular views of the city's cathedral. The menu takes classic dishes and cooks them to perfection. Here you can try anything from a good old-fashioned shepherd's pie to more sophisticated fare such as grilled sea bass with shrimps, parsley and lemon butter.
