Built in the 17th century, The Hind Hotel occupies a handsome Grade II-listed building in the heart of the Northamptonshire town of Wellingborough. The historic interior is reputed to have housed Oliver Cromwell and his officers before the battle of Naseby, and now offers cosy accommodation, plus a traditional evening menu of British dishes such as pork medallions and fillet steak in the oak-beamed restaurant.
