Contemporary in design, it attracts those who would like to sit and engage each other, rather than a noisy crowd. The new Head Chef, Neil Lorenzo, has created a menu based on the simplicity of Italian cooking, but with a modern twist. His creations include pumpkin and ricotta pasta with pin peppercorns and almonds in a sage butter sauce, as well as oxtail steamed pudding with caramelised vegetables and mash.
