The menu offers strong Scottish flavours served with Mediterranean influences. Dishes are imaginative and include black pudding fritters, coq au vin and whole grilled lemon sole. Desserts are equally dynamic, including delights such as rum-soaked fruit salad and a citrus crème brulee.
