It serves classic Swedish cuisine with a modern twist, for example: lamb braised in red wine; a classic paella with the best seafood from the day’s catch; loin of lamb glazed in balsamic vinegar; seared Baltic salmon with lime and chilli; singed breast of duck; breast of chicken in a truffle marinade; and moule provencale (mussels served with French fries).
