Traditional recipes from both countries, adapted to the 21t century feature on the comprehensive menu. Homemade desserts and an excellent wine list sit along side the beautifully presented food. Wines are carefully sourced from Mallorca, Spain and Italy. The large dining rooms are elegant and traditional and their large windows open onto views over the golf course.
