Hispaniola has left behind its previous incarnation as a lowly passenger ferry, and is now permanently moored on the River Thames to provide a laid-back restaurant amidst the bustle of the Victoria Embankment. The panoramic riverside views are understandably stunning from the bright and airy main deck restaurant, which also gives access to the sun terraces and two bars.
