Ngoma is currently the only Pan-African restaurant in Los Angeles and has been attracting the attention of African immigrants and other Americans who are interested in African cuisine. The menu is drawn from West, East and South African culinary influences. These exotic delights include Beef, Chicken or Vegetable Sambusa to start with before you move on to a range of regional delicacies. East Africa courses include Chapati and Stew and Samaki Masala, whilst West Africa offers dishes such as Chicken or Lamb Mafe and Ogbono Soup and Fufu.
