The chef and owner of Madison Bistro, Claude Godard is a member of the prestigious Maitre Cuisiniers de France society and as such, he focuses on the dishes of his native France, with particular emphasis on the specialties of Burgundy. The interior, renovated by Godard's wife, artist Veronique Coutant-Godard, calls to mind a quaint Parisian bistro. Meanwhile, the menu manages the perfect balance between traditional brasserie cuisine of Charcuterie and Foie Gras, and Burgundy comfort food which includes pinot noir-braised short ribs and beef tenderloin pot-au-feu.
