La Estancia is just a stone's throw from The Regency Country Club resort on the south side of the Canary Island of Tenerife, in Chayofa close to the area of Los Cristianos. It was recently awarded the prize for best foreign restaurant on the Canary Islands and it is well known for its mix of Mediterranean cooking with both local and French influences. It has a spacious outdoor area where diners can enjoy the gourmet menu, while in the hotter months there is also a summer menu, both of which are based on fresh, seasonal ingredients.
