A fine dining restaurant, set in the medieval market town of Ludlow in Shropshire, La Becasse is a warm and welcoming restaurant, combining classic and contemporary styles. We offer relaxed, knowledgeable and professional service, overseen by restaurant manager Greg, who has worked for Chef Alan Murchison for over three years. At the helm of the kitchen is Chef Will Holland, who is exceptionally talented with cooking and has previously served as Head Chef at another of Alan's Michelin starred restaurants. Having firmly established himself and his team behind the stoves in Ludlow, they cook with only the finest seasonal ingredients. They work closely with nearby suppliers and, wherever possible, use only produce that is 'local to Ludlow', aiming to exceed expectations and ensure that each guest leaves anticipating their return. ...weniger bearbeiten
