The food is Scandinavian and continental and the menu features dishes such as: honey baked Swedish chèvre with garden salad and walnuts; pumpkin soup seasoned with chilli, lemon grass and tuna tartare; and grilled halibut marinated in black pepper and citrus fruits with artichoke omelette.
