You'll be well looked after by the friendly staff in an authentic rustic milieu and served dishes such as: carpaccio classico (carpaccio of thinly sliced fillet of beef with basil oil, parmesan shavings and lemon); penne alla moda (penne with breast of cornfed chicken, sun-dried cocktail tomatoes, capers, sage cream and white wine); and vitello alla griglia (grilled fillet of veal served with grilled sweetbreads, herb and potato bake and a chestnut and garlic sauce).
