The philosophy of this restaurant chain is based around creative Mediterranean cuisine, using natural ingredients with no preservatives, aimed at a young clientele. The restaurant is modern with a large terrace sheltered from the noise of the city, and which is partly covered with a retractable glass roof. Diners can choose between the set menu or the extensive à la carte.
