Farbror Elofs Skafferi opened its doors fifteen years ago in an old nineteenth century farm house. It’s become a mixture of the old and the quite new, with furnishings from the 1970’s. As far as the food’s concerned, the kitchen has been inspired by Provence in France, Italian cuisine and traditional Swedish home cooking. The restaurant has development to such an extent that it was a finalist in the Restaurant of the Year competition in 2008. The kitchen strives to turn locally produced ingredients into tasty dishes and in the dining room, the guests enjoy a warm, family atmosphere. ...weniger bearbeiten
