Thierry Burlot has opened a wine bar and restaurant right opposite the restaurant « Thierry Burlot » in the 15th district of Paris. ?Edmond? is managed by the old sommelier of Thierry?s restaurant. It is a friendly venue great for tapas and snack style dishes accompanied by a glass of wine. Bottles lined the walls, while the tables are covered in tasty dishes that change every day. Tuesdays its green cabbage purée with duck pie, Thursdays, roast pork squares...). The formula is 15 Euros for starter, main course and dessert which is very reasonable given the quality.
