Since it opened its doors in 1989, East has established itself as the first and best known modern Asian restaurant in Sweden. The restaurant sticks by its original concept year after year: combining carefully selected elements of Asian cuisine with a Japanese-Scandinavian interior. The restaurant attracts a number of regulars and other guests who appreciate its friendly atmosphere and fine food. The menu features treats such as: tuna tataki; carpaccio of tuna with slices of nashi pear and ponzu sauce; tuna furikake (fillet of tuna fried in furikake with mung beans, chanterelles and cognac teriyaki); lamb savoy; and, for dessert, lemon fromage with licquorice sauce and chilli and honey caramel in chocolate. ...weniger bearbeiten
