Bauer is situated on the lively Götgatan in Stockholm’s Södermalm district. It’s a district with a constantly changing character, which is something the restaurant seeks to reflect. The décor has been inspired by the Bauhaus style of the 1920’s and Berlin’s new art gallery and bar culture. In the dining room, food, drink and music are all served with a high level of ambition. The menu features dishes inspired by Asia, America, Spain and Sweden.
