Set in the heart of Edinburgh's historic Grassmarket Agua is a stylish restaurant with a strong emphasis on Scotland's famous seafood. Choose from dishes like Cullen Skink with Smoked Peterhead Haddock (£5.50), Seared Caledonian Scallops (£12.90) or the Agua Platter from its Crustacean Menu with Oban oysters, clams, Shetland mussels and local crab (£18). The A La Carte menu has a thoughtful selection of locally sourced produce including 21-Day Aged Scotch Beef Sirloin steak and chips (£18.25). Veggies have one Starter and Main but this leaves room for a delicious dessert such as Heather Honey Crème Brûlée (£6.25) or a platter of Scottish cheeses (£9.95).
